Why do you want to become a staff member? I wanna help people and make sure everyone is happy and having fun.

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I have been one a year ago but the staff on there was really toxic so I stop being staff but I miss helping people so I want to become an staff

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would try to handle it but if it was something that I didn’t know how to handle I would try to ask a different staffs to help me then I would ask them there people that are in the situation I would ask them what is going on.

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would tell them to too and the server is made to have fun so please stop or I will have to give you a warning and if they don’t stop I will tell a admin and give the person a warning

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I like to hang out with friends and learn to get better on Minecraft

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? Like 2 just not like this

Do you have leadership skills? Yes I do when someone was getting getting bully by 3 toxic people in Minecraft I give them all a warning and then didn’t stop so I ask the person they was bully if they should be timeout because I have warned them 2 times to stop

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would see a clip and look at the grief he did and I would ask why and try to get more proof and then I would ban (if the okay) or timeout and then I would tell a admin that some grief and I ban or timeout them

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would read the chat see what is happens then I would try to handle it and ask them to stop and be nice to each other and then if that doesn’t work I would warn him that I would give him a timeout then if he doesn’t stop I would timeout him

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would tell them it’s /wild I would try to help them get thing and look if they want to vc for tips if they can’t I would give them the easy rules that they need to follow and recommend to them to read rules to make sure they don’t break any

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would ask someone if they got replay or a video of it so I could make sure that he is and when I do see him cheating I would ban or timeout him (I don’t know if you would ban or timeout)

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would see how bad he was when he first got banned and if they wasn’t so bad I would let me join but with only 1 chance and if we see them being rube it would be a ban

Why should we accept your application over others? I think because I want to help people and show people that the smp is a fun and safe place and let more people join
