Detailed description: I would love if you could add skins restorer because it means that cracked players are able to wair any skin using /skin {player name} or /skin "any skin url" also to get a skin url go to imgur. Com and press post then you add your skin file and then you copy the link in the three dots bit.

Hope you implement this!

Reason(s): Means racked players can wair their skins using a simple command
