Chargebacking

Cheating and illegal modifications

The use of illegal modifications, hacked/ghost clients, autoclickers, macros, scripts, or any external tool that automates progression-related gameplay or provides an unfair competitive advantage over other players is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Hacked or cheat clients.
  • Automatic clicking or input automation.
  • Macros, scripts, or automated actions.
  • Mods that automate or provide advantages in PvP, mining, farming, movement, combat, resource collection, or other progression-related gameplay.

Allowed modifications
Quality-of-life, visual, and building assistance modifications are permitted provided they do not automate progression-related gameplay or provide an unfair competitive advantage.

Allowed examples include:
  • Performance mods.
  • Cosmetic or visual mods.
  • Minimap mods without player/entity tracking.
  • Litematica or similar building assistance mods, including Easy Place, provided they are only used to assist in the construction of structures. Player must still obtain all required resources through normal gameplay.

Not allowed
The following are prohibited:
  • Mods or features that automate PvP, combat, movement, mining, farming, fishing, resource collection, or other progression-related gameplay.
  • Automatic block braking, mining, farming, fishing, or item collection.
  • Macros or scripts that perform gameplay action on behalf of the player outside of permitted building assistance.
  • Any client feature that bypasses intended gameplay mechanics or provides an unfair competitive advantage over other players.

Any exploit, glitch, bug, or unintended game mechanic that provides an unfair advantage is also prohibited, even if it is not explicitly listed in this rule. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Movement exploits.
  • Client freezes or desyncs.
  • Packet manipulation.
  • Duplication exploits.
  • Any method that causes abnormal combat, mining, farming, movement, resource collection, or other gameplay behaviour.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the modifications they use comply with these rules. Any client feature, mod, or external tool not explicitly approved by staff is used at the player's own risk. If it provides an unfair advantage, negatively impacts gameplay, or triggers anti-cheat systems, staff may require it to be disabled or take disciplinary action.

If you are unsure whether a modification or feature is permitted, contact a staff member before using it.

Command Abuse

Abusing any command and/or feature to gain an extreme unfair disadvantage or to break server rules.

Command spamming

Intentionally or recklessly spamming commands which have the ability to degrade another player's experience or cause annoyance.

Cyber/DDoS threats and wishes against/for anyone and anything.

Discrimination

Being homophobic, racist or offensive towards religions, nations and races. The context for certain words may be considered.

Death threats and wishes

Wishing people to severely harm or kill themselves and threatening people to severely harm or kill them. Abbreviations as 'kys' are covered by this rule.

Doxing (including threats)

Sharing very personal or private information of other players and threatening to do so.

Duping

Using some sort of exploit in order to duplicate items or money or any similar behaviour.

Encouraging breaking the rules

Encouraging other players to do something against the rules.

Exploiting

Falsifying evidence

Using forged evidence in order to obtain something which you are not entitled to, getting someone punished for something they have not done or anything related.

Forbidden links

Sending links to hacked clients or websites that could be an IP logger or download malware. Unknown, unclarified and suspicious links are covered by this rule.

Griefing Without Consent

Intentionally destroying, altering, or obstructing another player's builds, structures, or areas without the owner's permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Destroying or significantly damaging bases, buildings, farms, or player-made structures.
  • Removing large amounts of placed blocks with the intention of damaging the area or making it unusable.
  • Placing excessive blocks to obstruct access, visibility, or functionality of an area.
  • Destroying important utility blocks or infrastructure (such as enchanting setups, storage rooms, workshops, redstone systems, etc.) when the intent is to damage or hinder the player.

Small-scale resource gathering or taking naturally renewable resources is not considered griefing (for example: harvesting crops, taking animals, or collecting resources left unsecured), unless done with the intention of damaging the player's progress or permanently ruining the area.

NOTE: Stealing is allowed on this server. However, damaging or destroying a player's builds or infrastructure while stealing is considered griefing.

Community Areas
Community areas and shared projects are considered protected zones. Griefing, destruction, or intentional damage in these areas will be treated more seriously, especially when committed by trusted members or players with access to these areas.

Trusted members are expected to respect community builds and shared resources. Abuse of trust may result in stronger punishments than normal griefing offenses.

Illegal items

Owning items you are not supposed to have or items that are not obtainable in a legit way. Examples are command blocks and overpowered potions.

Illegal Trapping/Killing Methods (Includes Spawn)

The abuse of server mechanics, commands, or game mechanics to trap, kill, or significantly damage players in ways that remove or severely limit their ability to reasonably respond is prohibited.

Examples of prohibited behaviour include:
  • Trapping or killing players through teleport requests or teleport commands.
  • Locking players inside nether portals or similar situations where game mechanics prevent them from responding normally.
  • Using end crystals or other prohibited instant-damage mechanics to kill or severely damage players through unfair or unavoidable means.
  • Repeatedly spawn killing players around a spawn location to prevent them from safely leaving the area.

Traps
Player-built traps are generally allowed and are considered part of normal survival gameplay. Players are free to create traps using vanilla mechanics to defend their property, protect valuables, ambush intruders, or otherwise interact with other players.

Examples of permitted traps include:
  • Pitfalls.
  • Lava or water traps.
  • TNT or other redstone contraptions.
  • Hidden or disguised base defenses.
  • Secret entraces or defensive mechanisms.
  • Any other trap that relies solely on intended Minecraft mechanics.

Players enter other player's base, properry, or other suspicious locations at their own risk. Choosing to trust another player, explore an unfamiliar area, or enter a potentially trapped location is considered part of the intended survival experience.

However, traps may not:
  • Abuse teleport requests, teleport commands, or similar mechanics.
  • Rely on Nether portal trapping or mechanics that prevent a player from reasonably responding.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, unintended game mechanics, or other prohibited killing methods.
  • Be constructed using any mechanic that is otherwise prohibited by these rules.

Not covered by this rule
This rule does not prohibit legitimate PvP or player-built traps that use intended Minecraft mechanics. Weapons and mechanics that are part of intended gameplay, including swords, axes, bows, crossbows, tridents, the mace, and player-built defensive traps, are permitted unless they make use of an illegal trapping or killing method described above.

If you are unsure whether a particular mechanic or trap is allowed, contact a staff member before using it.

  • Accepting payment without providing the agreed item or service.
  • Providing different items than those agreed upon.
  • Misrepresenting items (for example, misleadingly renamed items or containers).
