Detailed description: Consistently since season 2 elytra macing has been a REALLY popular fighting technique to the point that NOBODY even uses a sword anymore everyone complains when they get tp trapped into a box all because they cant mace in a closed area. This pvp tactic has been the main reason for myself and many others quitting the server leading to its eventual downfall. Nobody wants to pvp on a server where fights either end instantly or never because they never land.
Reason(s): This will make the fighting aspect of the server way more balanced and boost server members eagerness to actually play.
Example(s): I spent 20 mins fighting a server member who was constantly attempting to elytra mace (they sucked at it) meaning the fight went on FOREVER none of us were losing and it was just a complete boring waste of time.
