Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to help other fellow staff members,and make the server a better community and a place where no hate speech will be tolerated
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes,I have been staff on multiple servers,expirience was always on the best level.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would call other staff members to help clarify the situation that I do not know how to handle.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would report it and ask Owners/bigger roles than me to give a reasonable punishment to the person being disrespectful.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I play football, basketball, study and go skiing
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? This is my first one

Do you have leadership skills? Yes,I have put my life on the line in minecraft multiple times and outside of minecraft I have a good leader role as a captain of my football team.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would discuss with other staff members and give the appropriate punishment
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would warn the person and if they continue I would mute them for a period of time
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would tell them to read the rules on our website or on the #rules in our server
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would go in /vanish mode and follow the person that is suspected
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Depends on the circumstances,here i dont have a scenario that is set up
Why should we accept your application over others? I think i would be a good fit for the role and could help the staff team.
