Why do you want to become a staff member? Well, as of right now, I'm very active and mostly get along with everyone within the server, aside from also having seen more people online and liking to have an order within this community

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I've had experience with being and admin and mod, while also helping set up server, maintain order, look out for applications and making sure people don't pass or outrun the rules.

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would contact someone higher than me, while also taking in evidence of the situation and trying to not agitate it into something bigger.

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? If they were disrespectful with me, I would simply say that they shouldn't talk like this, if either I don't agree with their opinions or a religious type thing. If it were other's, in the case of the person being really disrespectful with one another and making them feel bad / shaming them, I would warn them while also talking to the other side and see why the situation even happened.

Do you have any disabilities? Mental health? If so, ADHD

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I like playing board games, painting landscapes, playing the drums, listening to music, drawing, writing stories, going out for walks and baking and cooking

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? None

Commitments: School, and certain appointments.

Do you have leadership skills? Not really.

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would frost talk to the rule breaker and ask why, then I would take a look at the damage done and try to fix it, and depending on how the rule breaker reacts and talks, I would either warn or give a timeout.

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Take to both sides, ask why and how. I would also ask the affected person if there had been any prior experience to who is toxic having some sort of dirt and also warn/timeout the person. (In the case of person A (affected person) started the argument, then I would warn both person A and B) If I do not know what to do in the case of it being out off my fingers, contact a higher up.

[Scenario 3: New Player] Explain the basic rules, what is allowed and not, play with them for some time and then ask if they understood, and if so, if any questions then to ask others or mods for help.

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would play along, see if I could get a chance to see all the stuff and verify if they really are cheating. If not, I would watch their behavior and see what they do, how they do it and when. If it ends up being true, then I would timeout/suspend them from playing for some time.

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would ask some questions, investigate if they did something that would make them change, contact friends or other people they've come in contact with and ask everyone who was affected if they think (I would not affect but to also give some percentage)

Why should we accept your application over others? Well, I think I'm general, I would make the server more active / have more people be interested while also following the rules and having fun in general :)

Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? Tell everyone to have a nice day or to never give up and lock in!!!! :3!!!!!
