Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yes, I have had warnings for swearing at someone and another one for flooding I'm sure.
Why do you want to become a staff member? I am very active in the community and I've seen before that there are times where staff are needed and I am there to help regardless if I'm not on the team. I feel as if I can very helpful and very reliable.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I've been an owner of a 2k member server that revolved around social and community. An admin in 3 servers that varied around 1-6k members and I've been a mod in about 2 servers that had 2-3k members.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would first try to assess the situation with whatever knowledge I have at that current moment, have another admin come and help out with the rest of the knowledge I may have not had.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I wouldn't pay no mind to it and simply warned them then I would tell them that they're being disrespectful and to please correct it in the future

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I love drawing and baking as I planned to revolve my future around those two hobbies.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? This is my very first one.
Commitments: I do have school from 8am-3pm est but other than that, I'm all free.
Do you have leadership skills? Within discord itself, I've had many situations where people needed help and someone to guide them through something technological, I would help them out and research those problems incase something similar would happen. I would also give people anything they needed whether if it's something like helping out with homework or even fixing something remotely that they didn't know but I did.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would ban them and explain what they did was against the rules and to not do that again as they have evidence against them, I would also keep an eye out for that player once unbanned.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would ask the two or more members to stop the fighting and ask what started it in the first place and I would warn the member who started and if seen for discrimination or swearing.
[Scenario 3: New Player] Most new players would ask for the ip so I'd be happy to provide the IP to which version they're using, then I'd help them out by giving them tips on what plugins are used and what cyto offers to new players whether it's kits or the afk pool. I'd also make sure their questions are always answered and efficient.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] If they have been getting kicked alot then I'd travel to them. If I see obvious cheating by cray or anything auto related then I'd ban them for obvious cheating, I'd also hold onto the expiration date and keep an eye out for then in case they try to either come back with ban evasion or gets unbanned.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I wouldn't unban them immediately but I'd try to have a conversation with them and act how'd they changed. But this depends on when they were banned, if it's a day then I'd tell them to try again in a week so they can actually think about what they did.
Why should we accept your application over others? I feel as if most of the players on the server want to become mod for the power and advantage, I never really see anyone that plays, act nice in the discord server or group chats. I've been as helpful in not only the Minecraft but also discord server as I'd help out newer players and even give away things to people who need it more then me whether it's a house, food or tools.
Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? Even if I'm not picked, I hope you guys can hold onto this and think about me for future openings
