Why do you want to become a staff member? I feel bad for the people on there staff team being lonely

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Give them warnings and tell a higher up also try to descalate the situation

Do you have leadership skills? I have teached others in my job how to weld and what not to do ect

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would ask a higher up on what I should do but in the mean time I would keep a close eye on the person

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] “Hey hey there’s no reason to fight what ever happened you can get your revenge on the person by stealing his loot or what ever you want but just don’t break the rules

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would ask if the have any questions I would give them iron or a diamond set if they really needed it

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would follow the player to see what he/she/they/them is doing also alerting the other staff members and owner about it

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] They would go through a Series of questions and as soon they are back in the server follow them around and keep an eye on then

Why should we accept your application over others? Honestly your decision but you will never know how good I may be if you don’t
