Why do you want to become a staff member? To help out with the server and create peacefull areas for players to form aliances instead of fighting.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i have been staff in many servers and it went pretty well. caught many cheaters or people breaking rules and gave them fair punishments. have also created many public spaces.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would ask the other staff or helpers.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Depends on the rules. if its allowed, then i wouldnt do anything, maybe just tell them to stop, if it wasnt alowed, i would give them a warning and if they didnt stop a 1 day ban.
Do you have any disabilities? No.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Yes. I build computers and woodwork, dirtbikes, soccer, baseball.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? around 10 id say.
Commitments: School and sleep, and piano lessons on wednesdays. thats about it.
Do you have leadership skills? I have my own team and i lead it on the minecraft server, i have led many wars on minecraft servers. i would also have som leadership roles in sports and other things such as school projects.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Depending on how much they greifed, i would do a 1 week ban, or if its bad and not fixable at all, perm ban.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would tell them to stop and warn them, and if they didnt stop i would kick them or a small ban like 1 hour or 1 day.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would say welcome to the server and show them around, show them how to vote and get free crates, the afk area, and how i would recomend making a base or finding a team.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would watch a little longer and start recording, so i know for a fact they are cheating. then if tehy are i would ban them.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would ask the other staff what they think, and if every says yes i would unban them, but if they start being toxic or inappropriate, i would ban them instantly.
Why should we accept your application over others? I belive i would be a lot better at the job than others would, and i spent a lot of time writing this aswell.
