Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? yes, i have tpa trapped once. I was not aware of the rules at that time and it will not happen again.
Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to be a staff member to help the server to make the server fun and fair to all players. Assist players with issues and punish the ones not following the rules.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I was a moderator on a survival server, where I made sure everyone followed the rules, resolved conflicts, and supported/hosted community events. I also have experience with tools such as worldedit.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would stay calm, gather all the imformation about the situation and if needed contact more experienced staff members. It would depend on the kind of situation.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would give them a warning and if it happens again i will punish them.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? i do calastenics
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? i have made one staff application to a other server which got accepted, other than that none.
Commitments: i do not have any other responsibilities other than school and some small personal things
Do you have leadership skills? i have organized a minecraft event with 50+ players, where i made sure the event went smoothly.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] if there is clear evidence against the player I will punish the player with a ban
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] i would mute the toxic player and if necessary ban him
[Scenario 3: New Player] i would explain how the server works and give some tips on how to start out well
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] i would investigate if the player is cheating, if yes i would get evidence and punish him
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] it depends on what they have done on the server, but in most scenarios the ban was appropriate and i would not do much about it
Why should we accept your application over others? i have over 8 years of minecraft experience and have been on many different servers. I am an very active member of the server and i want to contribute to it.
