Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? yeah but it's complicated because of the graphics card i got.
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? yeah because of x-ray i didn't even read the rules so i got banned for 7 days.
Why do you want to become a staff member? because when i appealed i notice staff team members were taking a long time to respond to appeals so i thought you guys needed new staff team who would do tasks quicker.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? yeah in many actually, i was part of the staff team in 10-15 servers with ranks like sr. moderator, admin, manager and etc.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would ask higher ranked player such as admin or moderator for help.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? first i would warn them and if they still continue i would mute them for a short period of time.
Do you have any disabilities? i'm sometimes really busy and don't have time.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? if we're talking in general then boxing and i also like to play on the piano.

Do you have leadership skills? yeah i used to own a minecraft server where i was the owner.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] well it depends on the situation but if the player is griefing then i guess they deserve a ban.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] as i said before first i will try to calm them and if they don't listen i'm gonna mute that player.
[Scenario 3: New Player] first i would introduce them to the server rules and then tell them how the server works like if it's just a normal survival, lifesteal or etc.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] i would ban that player
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] well for inappropriate behaviour if they say that they're sorry and won't do it again i think they deserve a second chance.
Why should we accept your application over others? because i believe i will work the hardest out of all other people.
