Why do you want to become a staff member? I felt like I have nothing to do on the server anymore, and I'm not a big pvper so

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I was and still am an administrator for another game (doesn't affect my schedule), I've been on it for 2-3 years and I am left in charge of banning exploiters in the game and rule breakers in the discord servers

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? Ask a superior to deal with it or what to do with it

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? warn them about the consequences that I might have to bring if they continue with the behavior

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Hanging out with my real life friends

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? around 3, My prior administrations were earned I hadn't applied to them

Do you have leadership skills? Yes, in my team I have shown to handle hard situations such as losing stuff/bases and have kept my patience with it and leaded my team to keep moving on with the progress we've been making

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I will punish them by giving them a ban, since I was provided with evidence of them breaking the server's rules that is clearly specified on the discord server and is constantly reminded not to do it then they will be punished based on their action

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Reminding them of the server's rules, trying not to interfere in the argument (Take Sides) and giving them a warning to keep the chat free of toxicity

[Scenario 3: New Player] Saying hi and welcoming them to the server, overall being nice and also Letting them know about what the server has to offer, Giving them tips about how the add-ons in the server works (Like vein mining) and extra features such as the afk pool and the voting crates

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Making sure that they ARE using cheats, if they are then they will be punished with a ban

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Depending on the time from the ban and to the application, (you will obviously not immediately change after an hour of being banned) and based on how they talk to me and if they cooperate with me then it will show me that they are far more prepared rather than being enraged and demanding an unban

Why should we accept your application over others? I am Highly experienced, mentally mature and patient

Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? I hold no exceptions or favoritsm even if my friends are breaking the rules they will be punished as everyone else, I am not easily fooled either
