Why do you want to become a staff member? i wanna be a staff member because i could help many members problems and i have been staffes of many servers including private servers and i would treat people kindly

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i have been staffes in other private servers like outcast bartutold norasist etc and to be honest my experence was great cause i used to help many problems

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would rather tell a person that has a higher rank or knows better than me

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? i would first tell him kindly but after he dosent listen to me i would kepp on trying to make him not be disrespectful i would solve the problem my solving his problem that he has with me

Commitments: I think in my opinion staff members should be a little clever and should know whos mistake is in a fight or a problem

Do you have leadership skills? while i was in batchlor my professsor scooolded my friend for not handing over his homework but the main problem was he had a problem where his hand was broken and he had to go to hospital and i told profession about it and he let it slide and form that day we are friends

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] as a staff member i would try to know who raided the base and after knowing who raid the base i would ask him why he raided the base and if he dosenst tell me about i will complain to the mods or helper

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] i would try to understand the situation and after understanding the situation i would first find out whos problem it was and who started it after finding out that i would fix the problem my doing or giving what the two teams wants

[Scenario 3: New Player] i would say them that 1 do /rules to get started 2if there is any problem ask me i would help you with the rules

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] i would kepp on checking on the player and if he seems to do xray or mine straight to ores and or use hacks like kill arua i would warn that player for 3 times and if he stills dosent listen iwll ban him

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] i would watch his behavour after he come back on server and after checking his behavour for 1 to 2 weeks i would leave him to do what ever he wants but i would kepp on check his behavour

Why should we accept your application over others? i think i to be honest i got more ability to crontrol peoples fight and make pople calm when they are mad and angry and fix people problem by solving the problems of people by giving what they wants
or making them be friends with each others
