What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? First ill try to handle the situation if they will not listen so ill warn them and after that if i got acces of ban ill give ban to the player for 24 hrs

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? I hadnt made any this is my first

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Ill warn them and if they will do it again ill give them ban
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Ill try to handle and if they will not ill warn them and after warning if they do it again ill give them ban
[Scenario 3: New Player] Ill respect them and ill say to other player also to respect
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Ill try to get proofs about the players and if it will be true ill give him ban
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Ill try to confirm why he got ban and if he ill innocent ill unban him and if he will not so he will get his punishment
Why should we accept your application over others? I just wnt to maintain the server and bring peace in it
