Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes I can use OBS I don’t record all the time I mostly use replay of I’m going be on for hours when I do record sometimes is a little weird sometimes but photos are good and I’m fixing the recording
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Not that I can remember I just to play on not_kaii but I lost that account sadly I use to play in season 2 so I don’t think I have
Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to become a staff because I believe I am trustworthy, friendly and funny. I will always follow the rules and enforcing then at the Same time. I love to welcome new players to the server all the time.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I have been a staff in a different server that didn’t last so long. So I wasn’t really trained so well I was mostly only there to welcome new players and make sure nobody is breaking the rules. So I would love to get more training on being a better staff.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would stay clam and try to figure out what I could do. But I would as a staff that been a staff longer than me to come help. And i would watch and figure out what I could do in the future if something happens like this again in the future.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would give them a warning because one of the rule in the server is to be respectful to everyone. And tell them that rube stuff can hurt people so do respect them.
Do you have any disabilities? I had a speech disorder when I was a kid so sometimes I still mix up words or not say it correctly but now it mostly gone.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I been learning music and cooking.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? I think I made 1 on not_kaii in mid season 2 but didn’t get it because I didn’t have a way to record.
Commitments: Not that I think. I do think that I do try to make sure I have time with family but when everyone is on it’s like 3pm for me so I anyways have time before.
Do you have leadership skills? I would have to say team work is one my mine I always try to get my team to work together and to be kind to each other. And my friends say I’m Communication, Adaptability and Accountability.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would as the player to send me the cords so I could see and try a record of it. And if the player had a record or photo proof showing who did it I would show a staff and ask how long to ban the player for them I would.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would try and make them stop fighting. And try to see what is happening then I would tell them to forgot about it if they fighting over something dumb and said “ this server is a safe space so be kind to each other pls”
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would ask them to hop in a vc and then I would give a better explanation on every rule and give them tips and make sure they feel welcome.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would keep my eye on them while recording to try and catch them doing anything and if I do I would show proof and ban them for the right amount of days
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would chat to them and see how much they changed and I would unban for a bit and keep my eye on them to make sure they are being okay and kind but if they don’t I want try proof and ban them again and tell them why.
Why should we accept your application over others? I think if there are better applications you should take them but I would love to work with the staff and show new players the rules.
