Suggestion: My suggestion is to add Plasmo Vc / Simple vc plugin to our cyto smp

Detailed description: The above stated plugin allows users to voice chat in game and not have to open other platforms. These platforms most commonly include discord which takes up a large amout of ram while being used therefore dropping the fps of our game. Plasmo vc or simple vc is a fabric plugin, we only have to put the java file in our mods folder after the server has enabled it's use, it is easy to use and has a guided setup once we load our game ( upon joining a server having enabled these)

Reason(s): To reduce dependencies on other platforms that may reduce our gameplay experience
