Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to be a staff member to help maintain a positive and fair community. I enjoy this server and want to contribute by enforcing rules, assisting players, and keeping the environment friendly and fun.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have?
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? If I were in a situation I couldn’t handle, I would first try to stay calm and assess the issue. If it involves a rule violation, I would refer to the server’s guidelines to ensure I act appropriately. If I still can’t resolve it, I would reach out to a higher-ranking staff member or administrator for guidance. My priority would be to prevent further issues while waiting for assistance, such as de-escalating conflicts or temporarily muting disruptive players if necessary.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I’d stay calm, remind them of the rules, and warn them. If they continue, I’d take appropriate action like a mute or report to higher staff.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I am a sub 15 in a rubix cube and I like to play football.

Do you have leadership skills? Yes, I have leadership skills. I can stay calm under pressure, make fair decisions, and help guide players while enforcing server rules.

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I’d step in calmly, remind everyone to follow the rules, and warn the toxic player. If they continue, I’d mute or take further action as needed to restore a positive environment.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I’d greet them warmly, briefly explain the rules, and direct them to any guides or tutorials. If they have questions, I’d answer them and ensure they feel welcome in the community.
