Why do you want to become a staff member? i want to become a staff member because i want to help the community and also when i am online most of the staff members are not so i can handle when members aren't on

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i was admin at a small smp (not big)

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would try to be calm and contact higher staff members

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would try to know the reason why he/she/they are being disrespectful and also would try to calm them down and if they don't stop i would take higher actions liek mute

Do you have leadership skills? yes im the leader of my team Operators and they are pretty happy by my leadership

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] minor griefing like just breaking a block will result at nothing i'll tell them not to do again, and bigger offences like tnting a whole base will result in a instant ban of 7 days from my side (griefng someone's base is a really bad thhing, they might quit)

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] so i will ask reason for this stuff and then after i know who is right and incorrect, i'll first ask to stop and if somebody stops and another doesn't and being particullarly toxic i'll mute them, or if both doesn't stop i'll mute them both for some time only so the arguement stops(i'll ban for more time if somebody saif somemthing really offensive)

[Scenario 3: New Player] i will first warmly welcome then tell them basic rules, then tell them to read the rules at discord. i will also tell them about the website

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] if i 100% believe that somebody is cheating first i will (record them) then ban them for hack client. if they appeal i'll show the proof i got. ( if somebody else tell me bout a cheater i will first ask for evidence (if they got evidence i will ban the person) if they don't got evience. i will observe the cheater and if i see them hacking i'll 100% ban them)

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] i believ everybody deserves a second chance- i would ask for any proof that they've changed and then unban if the respone satisfys me and the staff members

Why should we accept your application over others? im a really old player of the smp. ik all the rules about tp trapping griefing and more, and also ik the staff members. and also i know bout the community. and i also know bout past rule breakers. and i also know people's personalitys like what they prefer - pvp or they chill

Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? i would like to add that im a really active person besides night and some time at morning and i will reply any tickets or dms
