Why do you want to become a staff member? Want to help the beginners to get adjust to this server and want that they dont face any issues as beginner in the server like i did

Why should we accept your application over others? because i think as a beginner i also faced some issues when i played first time in this server , so i wanna help the newbies get adjusted here
