Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? To some extent

Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Got a permanent mute for a misunderstanding about alt accounts.

Why do you want to become a staff member? To enforce the rules upon ppl who desire to break them so the server can thrive and have a better more enjoyable community

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes i have. I had an enjoyable experience however the owner had his details grabbed and his account deleted therefore deleting the server. I havent been in a staff position since.

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would advise and ask a higher staff level for guidance or their own advice based on the rules

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Give them a verbal warning. If they continue with the behaviour ask them to please stop. If they keep continuing on with the behaviour give them a final verbal warning or ping a higher staff member to deal with them accordingly.

Do you have any disabilities? None

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I like to go for an hour jog across the week to relax my mind.

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? 3. 2 rejected, 1 accepted and made a permanent admin.

Commitments: Not as of right now.

Do you have leadership skills? Inside of minecraft. I act as a leader a lot to my teammates. If we are all clueless on what to do ill assign people to do certain things so we can thrive as a team and be resource wealthy. Outside of minecraft i am not much of a leader i tend to lay low and get along with my day in peace.

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] As griefing is a bannable offence (with the permission of an owner/admin+ ban them according to how many times they have broke said rule.

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Give them 1/2 verbal warnings mainly the player being more offensive and toxic and if they do not stop either mute them myself or ask someone higher up to deal with it if im unsure of the punishment

[Scenario 3: New Player] Explain to them the key things they need like the team/homes/rtp commands and let them know to ask for any further assistance.

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Depending on the type of cheats. Take a closer look myself. Try to get into combat with them or close to them to confirm they are using cheats and not just their exceptional skills.

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Id use my own personal experiences to relate to the ‘appealer’ tell them that “as a person who turned over a new leaf, i do believe u could’ve changed however, we cannot take risks of u lying to cause chaos or an unfair time on the server” as this tells them what they don’t particularly want to hear but isnt aggressive and should calm most people down.

Why should we accept your application over others? A lot of people want to be helper because they want to get back at people or brag about being higher superiority to others. But ive noticed lots of behaviour going unnoticed by others and as an active player i can provide the extra moderation the server might need to keep a friendly clean community
