Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes and I had a now deleted let's play channel (16k subs in 2018)
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yes:
Illegal trapping methods (1st): I was I'll informed ab the rules of tp and the grace period afterwards and thus got back at a player who tried to trapping me in lava
Muted (Minecraft chat): my message was 3 limes which I didn't know fell under flooding
Why do you want to become a staff member? Tbh the server has been dying and I interacted much with the players and ik what is bothering them so I'm aiming to be a link between owner and player.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I was once an admin in my own server and sat multiple up for irl events
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I'd resort to written rules to judge and if it was a special case I'd wait until a higher ranking member of staff can decide ensuring to maintain equality and rule's superiority.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Deal with them according to the rules

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Programming, electrical design, mechanical design and CAD, reading and writing.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? 1
Commitments: School, robotics Institute and competitions (doesn't always apply)
Do you have leadership skills? Yes, over my years of being a robotics student I've always been the team leader / head of my department as well as the team's representative
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] First I'll try to find the cause behind their behavior (if for example they were getting back at someone who griefed their base I'll also punish the other person) and Serve them their punishment according to the rules.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] 1. De-escalate
2. Try to understand what's taking place
3. Deal with the situation both civilly and according to the rules.
[Scenario 3: New Player] 1. Welcome them
2. Explain the basic rules and usher them to look at the rules in discord
3. Introduce them to the basic commands
4. (Warn them about end if I'm honest)
5. See if anything is still on their mind
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] 1. Collect evidence (if evidence is present I'd skip to step 2)
2. Assess and evaluate the evidence
3. Ask for another's opinion (if possible)
4. Come to a conclusion based on the rules and serve them their punishment
5. Warn the owners of the hacks and case since if it passed through the server's anticheat they probably need to update it to include these cases
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] 1. Assess their original ban and evidence that got them banned
2. Assess their unban appeal request
3. Check their history for other punishments whether they're new and made a simple mistake or not
4. Assess their unban appeal (does it seem they're genuinely regretting their breach are they planning to repeat their offenses etc.)
5. Reply according to the information gathered
6. If I unban them I'll keep a close eye on them making sure they changed their ways and if not be ready to deal with the situation immeadiately
Why should we accept your application over others? While I've only joined back in January due to me being free I've meddled with the community and got to know their likes and hates and what they want it's no secret that the player count has unfortunately been dropping I aim to voice the player's opinions and hopefully return the server to it's glory my main purpose in this application is to be a voice to the player's but that doesn't mean I won't be of any help in other grounds I'll still strive to be helpful and welcoming to newcomers as I aim to be a part of this server's history and to be remembered.
