Why do you want to become a staff member? You’ll need it and I wanna fix a lot of the problems it has like cheating and its plugins
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes on other smp I had a Alr experience since we were getting raid although we did have to shut down the server for a bit
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? Wait or figure a Alr way to handle the situation I’ve found myself in
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Ignore them unless a slur or sumthing that can be interpreted as harassment I would use e force like muting they
Do you have any disabilities? No
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Playing GTA although I play soccer and do engeering
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? I did do one although never finished
Commitments: Just school although it should matter as much
Do you have leadership skills? Sadly i do after all I did jrotc for 2 years in hs winch is a military school program in the USA I was commander for my unit/class and my job was to make all of them follow my orders
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Ban or let the victim decide his outcome after all the reason we have rules is to protect the member of the community as such shouldn’t they also have a choice to decide rule breakers
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Mute them if things get out of hand although I would try to make they descalete the situation by warning them
[Scenario 3: New Player] Explain them the community and how it works teach them all the commands that they would need and all methods the current community uses
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Tp to them and see if they are or ask the person to record they themself playing without them leftunf the server and if they do it would be a 4 day ban thus making sure they aren’t harassing the community
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Talking to the victim and letting them to dicide if they did change or not or I would ask for evidence they did change
Why should we accept your application over others? Because from wat u have heard form other staff u need help and I would be grateful to help
