Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yep, I have been banned 3 times for greifing It was back in season 2 and I knew it broke the rules I regret It Now and I haven't been banned for greifing since, I was also banned for advertising during season 2 because I was telling a friend another servers IP to pvp them I genuinely Didn't know I could get banned for That And I didn't make that mistake again I've been also muted 5 times I think across all seasons And Yes I deeply regret those and I know they will effect this staff application
Why do you want to become a staff member? I've been playing the server for 6-7 Months now And I love it and I care about It I've noticed that the server lacks active staff now-adays and I think I can be of great use to the server and I believe I can do good as a staff member and I can do my job the best I can again I geniuinely care about the server and I would be a great staff member mainly because I'm fairly active in the server if not one of the most active players
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I've been staff on CosmosMC back when it was a small earth server I've also been staff on multiple other SMP's and I've gained a bunch of experience from it I've also made a SMP server before and ran it for a while when cyto wasn't that active during season 2 I know alot about plugins and commands and A little about coding
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? If I was in a situation where I suspected a person of using illegal modifications/hacked clients I would firstly track their movements and Try to gather as much evidence as possible I would do that for a decent amount of time and then I would take some advice from a senior staff/a owner and continue tracking their movements if I find concrete evidence of them using illegal modifications I would give them a punishment according to the rules
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would try to make them realize what they are doing is wrong and they should stop If they ignore my warnings and me trying to make them realize that they are wrong I would look at the rules if any rules are broken on their side I would give them a punishment according too the rules

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Other than minecraft I also play other games like roblox, valorant etc I also play sports like soccer and cricket I do art sometimes too I'm always doing something new basically lol
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? I've made 3 applications prior to this one I think My first application was declined because I didn't provide enough content and information My second application was declined for the same reason My 3rd and most recent application Was declined for the use of AI tools I learned from these past mistakes in my previous applications and I'm writing more and I'm writing more honestly I'm also not using any AI tools anymore and writing to the best of my own ability
Commitments: No, I do not have any other Important responsibilities or commitments that can limit my availability as staff If you count studies my exams may limit my availability as staff for about 10 days and that's basically it
Do you have leadership skills? The only time I can recall Me showing leadership skills is probably In 7th grade My school hosted a soccer tournament Me and my team were'nt really that confident that we were gonna win but I wanted to win ngl I tried to hype my team up the whole tournament and tried to help them as much as I can and Give them tips We actually ended up winning I really showed really good teamwork that day and leadership ig
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would make sure the evidence is concrete and ask them for the co-ordinates of where the greifing happend I would make sure That the player that was accused actually did the greifing with the plugins provided on the server then I would roll back the build/base that was greifed and punish the player accused of greifing I've personally been banned for greifing before and My teammates have been too and This is how I've seen staff deal with greifings and I would do this too
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would try my best to stop the argument between the two players If they still continue I would warn them
espeacilly The player who's being extra offensive If they still go on to argue and become more hostile I would look at the rules and if they are breaking any rules I would give them a punishment according to the rules If I don't know what too do I would contact senior staff/owners
[Scenario 3: New Player] Firstly I would welcome the player and tell them all about the rules to the best of my ability and tell them how things work I would try my best to make them feel welcome and tell them to ask me anything they are confused about I would also guide them to the rtp portal or tell them to do /rtp I would also tell them about the plugins and mods
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would use /Vanish to make sure that the player is using cheats I then I would gather as much proper evidence as I can When I have enough evidence I would give them a fair and proper punishment according too the rules
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would carefully read their appeal and the reasoning they wrote I would talk about it with the rest of the staff team and take advice from senior staff if they have given good reasoning and the other staff members agree I would accept the appeal If they give a reason like the reason given here Like "I've changed" I would not accept it They were given A fair and proper punishment and probably were warned
Why should we accept your application over others? I'm one of the most active players on the server and I genuinely care about It I think by being staff I can contribute to the server because I love this server I've tried to improve and make less mistakes in this application by learning from previous ones and I think I can be a good staff member
Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? I tried my REAL BEST this time in this application and I learnt from my past applications I can be a great staff member and I hope I get accepted (I also read staff guide)
