Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yea, i might even make a Youtube channel and make videos about cyto.
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yea, I believe I have been banned 4 times through out season 2 and muted about 5-7 times I think. I got banned 3 time's for greifing I did greif people and I accepted the punishment's and I got banned for advertising because I didn't know putting ip's of other servers isn't allowed.
Why do you want to become a staff member? I really love this server and it's really fun i want to help other people enjoy it like i do and i want to keep this community fun.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I have been staff on CosmosMC and NeonixSMP.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would contact a senior staff member or the owner and ask them for guidance on the situation.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would give them the proper punishment if they break the rule's and if they don't break the rules i would ignore them.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I make Youtube videos and play football.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? I have made 1 staff application prior to this one.
Commitments: I do have to focus on study too but that is basically it.
Do you have leadership skills? I've never had a time where I have shown leadership skills but I believe I can be a good leader if I need to be one.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would give the punishment they earned by breaking the rules.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would try to de-escalate the situation by telling the players to stop arguing and if one of them continues to argue and be toxic I would verbally give them a warning.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would guide the player and ask any question they have about the server I would tell them to read the rule's in #rules and I'll tell them tell me if they are confused about anything.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] If they are using hack's/exploits and there is clear proof I would give them the proper punishment they have earned.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would tell them that even tho they have changed they still got banned fairly and their punishment cannot be removed.
Why should we accept your application over others? I believe I can be a good staff member but if someone else gets accepted over me they are probably gonna be a better staff member which is good for the community.
