Why do you want to become a staff member? to help the community in the time im online ppl after 2am in america dont have helpers
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i have been an admin in cosmosmc a java and bedrock earth server
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i will contact a senior moderator or admin for help
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? i will punish them if they use harsh language or warn them to not use harsh language

Do you have leadership skills? i dont have any experience as a leader but i beleive i can be a good leader
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] i would give them the punishment that is fair and i will make sure the person who accused them has clear Evidence.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] if they are toxic i would tell them to not argue and if they continue i would warn them if they still continue i would mute them for 5 minutes.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would tell them to join the discord server and go to #rules if they are still confused i will tell them about the rules myself.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] it depends on my powers if i can look at them with spectatore i would see what they are doing and punish them if i find that the player is cheating.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] i would tell them that they have already been banned if they appeal more i would maybe lower the time they have been banned for depenging on the thing they did.
Why should we accept your application over others? i think i can be a good helper to the ppl in my timezone since they are no helpers that are online in my timezone.
