Why do you want to become a staff member? Helping the server grow, and thrive by protecting the members. I was also removed from helper during the clean start, and I wish to continue my success and continue as such.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? ForeverLands, 500 members, as an admin and essentially head of the mod team, I learned that paying attention to the key details and taking time to learn people is just as important as enforcing.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would look at the rules for punishment, depending on the reason, I may have to mute them temporarily in order to find it. If I had no perms to ban or do such punishment I'd try to get an online discord moderator to punish them.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I'd give them one chance to stop, and make them realize what they said in front of others, embarrassment can stop them in their tracks pretty successfully. I would find, or possibly know the punishment and use it accordingly.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Mostly talking with friends and helping out a friend who's a YouTuber to help them grow, more towards the design side.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? One I believe back in 2022, I was accepted.
Commitments: Mostly school or work.
Do you have leadership skills? In ForeverLands, the owner would disappear for a month and I had to lead the mod team/server also including bug fixes and changes to the plugins to make it fair. Leading the server was hard at that scale as we had mods that barely went on anymore.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Griefers would be banned as a large culture revolves around taking items but not destroying, new and old should be able to know that.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] First would to be to warn them, then if they had a discord, I would ask them why they did it, if not, in Minecraft. There was no reason that benefitted them besides "feeling good" which they're going to be marginalized from the rest of the server, along with future punishments, if needed, to be maybe larger.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I'd redirect them to the website to check out the rules. I'd point out key points of the server that makes us unique. Any questions I would try to answer, research to try to answer, and other members can help if needed.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] If I'm the one who accused them, I would follow them around in vanish, possibly going on and off periodically to seem as they are not being watched. Cheating can be in PvP or Xray, I know not much about PvP hacking if it isn't blatant yet I can learn quick enough in one situation. If someone else had accused them, I would ask for video proof and evidence in a ticket
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] They could claim a persona in the appeal and go back to it anyways because it makes them happy. They would be banned for a good reason, so their appeal would most likely not change the facts even if they present their true self. Assessing the issue with them, and explaining how the way they will be looked even if they get unbanned, then ask again if it seems right.
Why should we accept your application over others? I have lots of staff experience in general, as well as being helper on the server (before restart), personally interviewed by the previous owner, Venky and accepted, Venky is very similar to Hash, carrying similar morals and ideas to which I could carry in the future. Although it is stricter than before, I can change to however it reflects the rules. I have had lots of experience with the idea of the server and what it follows too. Many people love me and don't think of me as their enemy, to which if they did I would try to fix. I try to make everyone's experience happy.
