Why do you want to become a staff member? Really like the server and want to commit more into it

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, in Roblox Roleplay games like southwest Florida and Greenville. I also used to own my own community with 4,6K members based on those 2 games.

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? Gather evidence of the situation and ask another staff team member for his opinion on the situation and go on from there.

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? As stated in the server rules, hate speech and discrimination is not allowed within the server, so I would mute.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Nope

Do you have leadership skills? As I said, I ran my own community with 4,6K members which I recently sold and bought mc with that money. I sold because I wasn't playing the game anymore, not that I had any problem running the server or couldn't manage it.

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Hand out mutes and warn them that they will be punished if that behaviour continues in the servers chats.

[Scenario 3: New Player] Firstly, l'd tell them to join the discord server.
There any new users can find anything they need to know about the server and communicate with the servers community.

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would be watching him for a little while so l could confirm my suspicions and if I was right I would use the evidence and ban the user.

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] It really depends on the reason they've been banned. There could be a variety of ways on evaluating a person but it's really up to your rules on appeals.

Why should we accept your application over others? Required
Well my experience in staffing I would say gives me an advantage over other people.
