Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to become a staff member in Cyto Network as I would love helping out the netowrk and keeping the community safe.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I have. I have been the Chief Public Regulations Officer in a Aviation Server.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would contact someone the same rank as me/higher then me. If y'all have handbooks i would look through the handbook for a solution.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would kindly tell them to stop, but if they didnt i would warn them, if it continues i would kick it.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I love aviation, tech (I know the basics of C++ and HTML), and coin collecting. I also love playing roblox.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? Only one, this is my first one.
Commitments: Learning more about tech, and sometimes I am at my dads where i dont have my laptop.
Do you have leadership skills? I once leaded a team to success, i have made a server succeed just because of my leadership.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Matters on the rule, if its something small i would warn them, mid level i would kick them, and important i would ban them.
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would tell them to IMEDIATELY stop or there will be consequences. If they don't, on the severity of the argument i would warn/kick them, if its that bad then I would ban them.
[Scenario 3: New Player] I would firstly tell them the rules channels, the ip's and what this community is.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Matters on the cheating, if its using scripts like exploiting or clipping then i would ban it, but if its using xray i would kick them/ temporarely ban them.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Matters on the duration of the ban, if it was very recent i would not accept the appeal, as someone cannot change that fast.
Why should we accept your application over others? You should accept my application over others is because i always put myself infront of situations.
