Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? I do have the ability to record Minecraft videos

Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? I dont really remember why I remember I was banned for 7 days and then got my 2nd offence for 30 days

Why do you want to become a staff member? I want to become a staff member because every time I played I noticed nobody did anything when someone was doing something against the rules

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I was a Staff coordinator in a server. My expirience was really good because i got the hang of how im supposed to do something and how to use ceratin commands

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would go get my higher up or ask someone how to do something

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would warn them to stop doing so, if they continue I would mute them

Do you have any disabilities?

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I do boxing and I play other games such as CSGO, FiveM and terraria

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? 2

Commitments: My moms sometimes annoying and makes me study but I only study for about and hour

Do you have leadership skills? I have leadership skills because I was a Staff coordinator and trial manager in 2 servers. The time I showed my leadership skills was when lots of staff didnt know what to do so I taught them how to do it and punished the person.

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would talk to them on why they did it. The most important thing when punishing someone is to talk to them and find out why they did no matter what. Then I would tell him he will be getting punished based on his history. It pretty important to be as nice as possible to not get bad reputaion.

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would warn them all to stop and if they continue I would mute them based on their punishment history

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would help him out and tell him everything he needs to know. I would go by with the rules and tell him he can read the rules in the discord server if he forgets some. I would also let him know if he doesn't know how to do something that he can always ask in chat and there's lots of players that will help him

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would watch him for a little longer to make sure he is cheating. If it really looks like cheats I would get other staff members opinion and if they say it looks like cheats I would confront the person and tell him why hes is using cheats and punish him based on his history.

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would actually unban him. If he shows hes changed I would let it but if I see he didn't change I would ban him again just because he lied to me and other staff members about how hes changed. And also for not following ruels

Why should we accept your application over others? I think you should accept my application because I have lots of previous skills and knowledge and know how to handle certain situation.
