Suggestion: do not allow people to 'danger tp'

Detailed description: danger teleportion removes the little pvp we have already. if you are losing a fight you can just wait 30 seconds and do /home and your out. just like that.

Reason(s): today two players were killing innocent players, so i came to kill them and save the players. they both did /home and immediantly escaped.

Example(s): make the /home timer longer so they dont immediently escape. longer combat timer, or make a rule against it.
