Why do you want to become a staff member? I'm sick and tired of all these players breaking rules and the mods taking no action. I will make CytoNetwork great again.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? No, I only do Discord this is my first.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? Ask a higher up for asisstence.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would warn them for harrassing others.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Roblox, Discord (usually dont play Roblox anymore but always active on Discord even during school times).
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? This is the only one.
Commitments: I will go on the server everyday and I will serve the community how it its supposed to be served, Ill even give up my Minecraft account just to help others.
Do you have leadership skills? I was school captain back in Year 6 for the Hospitality team (cannot reveal school).
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Ban them for 3 days (as shown in punishment logs).
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Warn them once, if they do it again I will mute them for a day.
[Scenario 3: New Player] As an old member of the Hospitality team, I would give them items (not too good or too much) then explain all of it to them.
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Ban them due to unfair advantages.
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would not unban them as liars exist (Viper taught me this) and that they could do this to play on the server.
Why should we accept your application over others? I don't believe you should accept mine over others everyone should be treated the same. If I were to answer, I want to help the community as it is falling under a corrupt civilisation of bad people.
