Why do you want to become a staff member? To ensure the place many people enjoy is safe from rule breaks and illegal fights

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I have been a staff on a minecarft server like 1 year ago and fell inactive due to no players. It was only me and the owner left and I had to go since finals were coming and he closed the server

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would report to any available experienced staff member on the protocols need for such circumstances.

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would remind them that it is against the rules if it was mild. If it was more complicated I won't haste to take moderation actions(mute+ warning) and I would report the actions taken to the staff chat

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I really like horse riding! I used go in a exclusive equestrian club that professionalise in training equestrians by coaches that are aborad. My coach was a bit demanding in training . Looking back at it I wish I could thank him enough

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? 0

Commitments: School won't make my availability restricted tho. Expect on major exams

Do you have leadership skills? I have limited learship through the server i was administering. But I'm really looking forward to upgrading this aspect of me (it's also another reason I applied)

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Timeout them temporarily and request the proper punishment within my ability or report it back to a more authorised staff member to take action and compensate the hurt ones

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Mute for 30mins or an hour and remind them on this rule. If it happens again I would mute them for 12+ hours if it applicable (I'll ask a higher staff member first ofc) and if they countine I would take SERIOUS measures...

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would welcome them and give them general advices on minecraft gameplay and advice them to read the rules before playing. If they countine playing and being positive I might give them food or stuff (from my pocket) (I'm rich)(kinda).

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I will monitor them and compare their actions to the Definition of cheating or hacking and take the rightful action and report back to the staff chat

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I think it should be decided by all staff like a vote. But talking for myself I would check their reasons of coming back and if they apologise to everyone who've been damaged by from their action/s. And what will they do if they get accepted

Why should we accept your application over others? You shouldn't accept my application because it's "me" whoever has the most outstanding experience should take the role.
