Suggestion: Allow TNT Duplication

Detailed description: Used in a lot of farms, TNT Dupers just duplicate the entity, not the block itself, if you guys are using a paper server, you can go to paper file called:
config/paper-global.yml
and in:
unsupported-settings:
turn this to true:
allow-piston-duplication: true

Reason(s): There are some farms I want to make that require tnt dupers.

We would not like people to exploit TNT duping as they may use it for other purposes different than just for farming purposes. As per that reason, we won't be allowing it.
