Detailed description: Well currently the only way to access team echest is by being gold rank it doesn't matter if you own the team or you're an admin you just can't use it which makes it useless and insecure please allow access to the team echest command to team owners and team admins for the very least or you could go the extra mile and make a command usable by team owners to allow or disallow specific team members the usage of the team echest

Reason(s): The current team echest command is pretty much worthless and you could be soft locked from accessing your belongings if your gold rank expires

Example(s): 1- make a command for the team owner to allow or disallow different team members from accessing the team echest
example: /team echestaccess <player name> <enable/disable>
While the team owner always has access to the echest

or less preferably

2- allow team owners and team admins to access it always
