Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? yes, i could use OBS stuido, clip with medal, or record using replay / flashback mod
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? yes, the longest ban i have on minecraft is a week, a month mute, and on discord i have a week ban, i dont remmeber the rest although
Why do you want to become a staff member? i want to help punish the rule breakers of the server, especially when CytoNetwork is my favorite minecraft server, and it is really undestaffed, i just want to help out, even if i am a helper, moderator or admin, i will take on any resposability
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i havent.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would ask other staff members for help, or review the rules to seek help from there
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? if it is their first offense i would warn them, second offense a 1-6 hour mute, 3rd offense a longer mute, or temporary ban

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? i play clash of clans to pass time sometimes, besides that not really

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] first i would punish the rule breaker with a temporary ban, and restore the griefed base using core protect
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] on the players first offense i would warn them, second offense a 1-3 hour mute, third offense 1 day mute, and increase the mute on further offenses
[Scenario 3: New Player] i would clearly explain the server rules and how it works to clear any confusion, and answer any questions they have as patiently as i can
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] i would use the /vanish command to go invisible and disappear from the tablist, to further observe the suspected player, if the player appears to be cheating i would punish them with a temporary ban
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] claiming you have changed is not enough proof, so i would deny their ban appeal unless 1. they are new to the server 2.its their first offense, under these 2 conditions would i consider unbanning them
Why should we accept your application over others? im a pretty long time player, i know the rules, i know how to accordingly punish rule breakers, and im pretty active, i am in the top 10 on the messages leaderboard which proves how active i am on the server, i also have only a few punishements, even if it is a lot i hope it will not affect my staff application
