Language(s): I'm bilingual, my first and native language is Georgian, while my secondary language is English, although I'm somehow better at English that I am at Georgian, so there shouldn't be any concerns about misinformation or anything like that

Availability: I am usually available 6-8 hours per each day on discord, mean while in Minecraft I'm available from 2-8 hours

Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes, i not only have a recording software (OBS) but just in case I have replay mod, and flashback mod available

Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yes, I was once banned for an unfair advantage, I had a mod that allowed me to climb ladders faster, although I was new to the server at that time and didn't realize It was against the rules, I have also been muted 4 times if I'm not mistaken for discrimination and 1 time for swearing, do forgive me if I'm mistaken, also I'm saying these mutes were fair since I clearly broke the rules, but in my defense I'm human so I got frustrated and broke the rules, and again I apologize

Why do you want to become a staff member? Firstly, the server is quite understaffed, and since I am frequently online, if not the most active player, I can easily observe if players are breaking rules, or need help.

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I was a moderator on a Minecraft server before but, it was quite inactive so I decided to quit

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? First I would closely review the rules to see if I can find a solution from there, if not I would ask other staff members for assistance on the matter.

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? My first action would be to give them a warning to stop their disrespectful behavior, and if they do not stop I would have to mute them accordingly

Do you have any disabilities? I do have astigmatism which affects my vision and I have to wear glasses but luckily with my glasses I can see perfectly fine

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I sometimes play Roblox with my sister if I'm in the mood besides that I'm mostly playing Minecraft

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? Prior to this staff application I've made 4 others

Commitments: I don't have any commitments currently since it's the summer break, but I take breaks from time to time to read a book or go outside

Do you have leadership skills? I'm usually the leader of my team in Minecraft because I know how to handle situations even under pressure, although sadly can't recall any leadership skills.

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] As a staff member, I would first gather the evidence of the grieifing incident and ban the player for breaking the rules

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] To de-escalate the situation I would give both members a verbal warning to not argue, ore it somewhere else, or they would be muted, if they continue to argue I will have to mute both members

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would try to clearly and professionally explain the fundamentals of the server to the new player to get them started on the server, which I've already done so before, I don't exactly have proof but i guess you will have to take my word for it.

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would use the correct precautions by monitoring the suspected cheater for proof and if he turns out to be cheating he will be punished accordingly to maintain fairness on the server

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Just claiming to change isn't a good enough reason to unban a player, if the member was banned and their ban had documented proof that they were cheating I would just tell them that there is nothing I could do because of this fact and tell them to wait it out as professionally as I can

Why should we accept your application over others? I think I would be a great fit for the staff team seeing how I'm frequently online, and interacting with the server's members, plus I know how to professionally handle most situations, whether it's rule breaking or ban appeals I would try my best to stay calm and professional to not give the servers staff team look bad

Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? In my last application it said that i had negative behavior and although I agree this is fair I do have to say I'm human and I may act out sometimes and I have to apologize for my negative behaviour and I vouch it won't happen again
