Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes

Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yes, banned once for a mod that allowed me to climb ladders faster, it was when I had first joined and didn't realize it was against the rules, and i have been muted 4 times for discrimination which is my fault, i got angry and said the n-word

Why do you want to become a staff member? The server currently is very understaffed so it probably needs more staff, and I would also gain some experience

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I was a moderator on another Minecraft server, but it was very inactive so I decided to quit

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would look over the rules, see if what I'm confused about is in the rules, such as someone breaking a rule that's in the rules as not allowed, but if it's not in the rules I have to take in consideration if it's bas or not

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Being disrespectful is not technically against the rules, but I would still not encourage it and give the person being disrespectful a warning

Do you have any disabilities? No I do not.

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I sometimes play Roblox but I wouldn't really count it as a hobby, besides that nothing else

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? 3 if I'm not mistaken

Commitments: Yes I have school, and some after school activities but these don't take up much of my time, besides school is ending, in less than a week, and so are my after school activities

Do you have leadership skills? I don't remember any time where I displayed any leadership skills

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Griefing is a serious matter, it's clearly goes against the rules and will result in a ban, if it's their first time getting banned they will be banned for a week, but as they get more bans the ban period will increase, next I will go to the player who's base got griefed and restore it

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Being toxic is against the rules so it will lead to a mute for a week if it's the first incident, as they get muted more and more the mute period will increase

[Scenario 3: New Player] If a new player doesn't understand something about the server I will explain everything as detailed as I can to ensure they understand, when I'm done I will ask them if they have any questions, if yes I answer their question as best as I can, if not I tell them to have a good time and do my own thing

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Cheating is against the rules and will lead to a ban, but you can't ban people just based off of accusations, you need solid proof, for this I will have to, closely monitor this player, if they weren't actually cheating I leave them alone, if they are I will ban them, with the appropriate reasoning to ensure fairness on the server

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] Ban appeals are only an option if the ban was unfair or false, claiming that they've changed doesn't mean they actually have, and if they did something against the rules with proof they did this, they're ban stays

Why should we accept your application over others? I'm frequently online, so I can assist players, if they are confused, or if anyone is fluding chat, I can mute them, not only discord but I'm also frequently online in Minecraft ensuring that no one gets away with exploiting, or breaking any rules
