Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes I do, I have replay mod, besides that I do also have OBS studio which my files get corrupted but I will fix that
Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? Yes once, i was banned for an unfair advantage, I had a mod that allowed me to climb ladders faster, although I knew in the rules it said "no mod that gives unfair advantage over others" I didn't take this as a mod that gave me an unfair advantage over others
Why do you want to become a staff member? I highly want to help other players who are suffering under the unfairness of others, such as tp trapping, or grieifing, or even hacking, or like my situation abusing mods that give them an unfair advantage over others
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? I am staff on a small Minecraft server currently, and I can't say much about my experience, as nothing has really come up.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I highly doubt i would be in such a situation! But let's say I am, as I'm not the only person on the staff team I can ask other staff members for advice on the current situation.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? Being disrespectful to me or anyone at all is against the rules, and it leads to an immediate mute!
Do you have any disabilities? No I do not.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? Although I wish I could say I did, I sadly do not, but this just gives me more time to focus on the cyto network
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? Prior to this staff application I have submitted 2 staff applications, both of course being declined.
Commitments: If I have any other commitments/responsibilities that may limit my availability as a staff member, yes I have school l.
Do you have leadership skills? I can't say I don't have leadership skills, but I've never displayed any leadership skills in my life so I do not.
[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] Breaking the rules, and grieifing the build another player put in so much effort for is clearly against the rules, leading to an immediate ban, as for the player's builds that got grieifed will be restored to hoe it originally was
[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Being toxic towards other people is not only rude but against the rules! Breaking this rule will lead to a mute to the person being toxic towards another player, and the person defending themselves would not have to undergo any punishment, as they did nothing wrong in the first place
[Scenario 3: New Player] If a new player were to join the server, and is confused about the server and it's rules, I would explain everything to him early, professional and the most understandably I can so that we have no future complications, if they still do not understand something, I will ask them for the part they didn't understand and try my best to explain to the player as clearly and understandably as I possibly can, to again make sure there are no future complications, even if this takes a while, and each time a new player doesn't understand the rules, I have to explain to them, I am completely willing to do this, as I want to make sure they have the best time playing on the server, and it is also my duty as a staff member
[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I will observer the player for a period of time untill I can determine if they are actually exploiting, if they are this will lead to a ban, to ensure fairness on the server and the fact that it clearly goes against the rules!
[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] There is 2 scenarios here, first the player's ban was reasonable but the player feels angry so they make a ban appeal that doesn't prove how they were not in the wrong, second the player's ban was unreasonable from the staff, and the ban appeal is legitimate and true, in this situation the player will get unbanned.
Why should we accept your application over others? Because I actually want to help out with the community i am frequently active on the server and can make sure no one is getting an unfair advantage over others
