Why do you want to become a staff member? i frequently see people hacking, or someone who got griefed and staff arent doing anything about it, as for me since i am frequently online i think i can help these people

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? i am currently staff on a small minecraft server in discord, well i did just start but i believe i will be an important asset with this minecraft server

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? i would private message other staff members for some help, although i doubt i will be in such situation

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? being disrespectful towards others is against the rules and will lead to a mute

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? nope i am a lowlife

Do you have leadership skills? i have never really showed any skills of leadership but i do own 2 minecraft servers

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] in my opinion: depending on how bad the griefing is the person will get an appropriately long ban

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] toxicity in chat will lead to a mute to the toxic one, as for the one defending themselves will not be punished

[Scenario 3: New Player] i would explain important things about the server and ask them if they have any more questions if yes i will answer those questions, if not it ends there

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] i would observe the player to see if they are actually hacking or not, if they are i will ban the player as hacking is clearly against the rules with no exceptions

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] i would tell the player that the ban is not being appealed because they should have thought about what they were doing before they did something inappropriate, and warn them not to repeat such behaviour agian

Why should we accept your application over others? i am frequently online and can make sure people stay in check, i also dont want people hacking, x-raying or griefing other`s builds just because they feel like it, and i want to help stop them, and i can not do this if i am not a moderator
