Why do you want to become a staff member? I am the type of person who can't stand to just be a "member" I feel like a nobody being just a member so I would like to get a promotion, I could also help out with punishing people who are being disrespectful or mean towards people

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? Yes, I used to own 2 servers the first server I deleted because of a personal matter...
And the second server I am the owner with another account that is currently banned and I didn't give out any ranks yet so nobody can give me owner rank meaning I am powerless

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would ask fellow staff members for advice or help on this issue

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? It depends if they are being disrespectful towards me or other players because me or they killed that player I would try and calm them down but if they are being disrespectful for no valid reason I would give them a warning

Do you have any disabilities? I am not sure if this counts but I will say it anyways, i am at school for 5-6 hours but, I can connect to school internet allowing me to type in discord how ever I can not join calls, and since I go to school I also have homework which takes up to 3 hours but I can also use discord in this time period, although in this 8-9 hours I can not play Minecraft, I do also have to go to sleep at 10 if I want to get up early for school limiting my play time and time to attend any important staff meetings

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I used to play Roblox but I haven't played in a while because I got bored and now I just play Minecraft, as in hobbies in real life I don't have any as of right now

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? If this question applies to only this server I have made no application prior to this one

Do you have leadership skills? Yes I used to own 2 servers, although they didn't have many players I do know how to use bot commands along with experience and I know what to do in most situations

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I'm not very sure on this question as of now, should I give them a warning or ban them I wouldn't know this because I don't know the rules on this specific situation in some servers it might be a ban in some a warning although I have heard that greifing is bannable still not specifying if if it's a automatic ban or ban after a couple of warnings I hope to learn the answer to this question

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] Saying curse words such as fuck or shit when u die is understandable, however if someone say's any curse words in chat for no utter reason I will give them a warning I am not sure as if I should ban them after 3 warnings or not, and of course I would like to learn the answer to this question as well

[Scenario 3: New Player] First I would welcome them by saying hi or hello then ask what they are confused about and guide them from there

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] Firstly I would tell other staff members that I think a player is cheating, since I have no proof I will keep an eye on them to make sure if they are cheating, if they are cheating I will ban them

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would ask them to vow not to repeat their inappropriate behavior if they didn't want another ban, and monitor them to make sure they didn't repeat it

Why should we accept your application over others? Some people might submit an application for fun, but I am not submitting this for fun I am committed on joining the other staff members and helping out with the community, I think I would be a valuable resource for this server

Is there anything else that you would like to add to your application? There are 2 questions I was unsure of that I hope to find out the answer to, and strengthen my bond with other staff members for better team work
