Detailed description: this plugin makes it so golden apples / gaps require only 4 gold instead of the normal 8

Reason(s): this plugin would make getting golden apples much easier and may incourage players to PvP more because golden apples are much easier to craft

Example(s): The official youtuber strength smp has this plugin
