Why do you want to become a staff member? I feel I can help others and provide support when needed

Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? yes I've been staff in other servers, I have mainly had a good experience in them

If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? I would ask a higher up staff member for assistance

What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? I would ask the user kindly to stop what they are doing, and if they don't, ask a higher member for what to do

Do you have any disabilities? none

Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? I play Roblox, fortnite, skateboard, BMX, and help elderly

How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? (I'm assuming not this server?) I've made a few before, most being accepted

Commitments: I have school, but I'm only there for 6hrs, so I would be free after

Do you have leadership skills? in (as example) school projects, I help my group members by planning everything, and making it easy for everyone to accomplish the goal

[Scenario 1: Handling Rule Breakers] I would ask a higher member what the punishment, being a ban, mute etc, or whatever they choose

[Scenario 2: Toxicity in Chat] I would ask both members to stop, and if they don't, I would mute them for (set time) to calm them down

[Scenario 3: New Player] I would welcome them kindly, and offer them support and explain everything so it's easier to understand

[Scenario 4: Suspected Cheating] I would ask them to stop, and report the situation to a higher staff member

[Scenario 5: Ban Appeals] I would ask other staff members if it's reasonable, then if they (or the majority) agree, I would warn them, but unban them if I have permission to do so

Why should we accept your application over others? I feel you should because I enjoy helping others and like to support people, but it is your choice to choose me, I can only hope I'm chosen and appreciate if I am / aren't, and can try again once they are open
