Have you ever been punished on CytoNetwork? {10} - I have been punished before for being apart of an argument, but it was removed as it was false. It was because someone used mods against me stealing all my valuables including my base, I did inform the founders, administrators and the helpers about this they were all informed about it.
Why do you want to become a staff member? {11} - I want to become staff at your server so I can upgrade my portfolio and become more cooperative on communities like this that includes game subject, mostly Minecraft and Roblox. I’ve been a community manager before and I have a great portfolio and potential for this server and I would like to share it with you so, you can enhance your server on various ways and levels that can upgrade your community and improve your server circumstances that creates a helpful environment and community.
Have you ever been staff on any other servers? If so, what kind of experience did you have? {12} - Absolutely, as I stated I have been a community manager for 6 years on 100+ servers that went successful in various way. Communities like TBS (Top Bins Soccer) and the GOW (the Great Oman War) have gone out with 5000 members on the launch! I had many experiences that grew the players expectations on the game where a lot of TikTok videos grew greatly I have seen people that say this is the best game ever with me saving this game numerous times one include when there was an error, with my thoughts and staff team with me I decided to make this a feature and a competition to make this a priority subject to enhance the gaming skills.
If you were in a situation that you did not know how to handle, what would you do? {13} - I would ask ChatGPT or Gemini as they would suggest answers that could help me as it helped me before professionally and enhanced the rules while following many of Discord TOS (Terms Of Service) if not I would inform this about the higher staff if they were online as they are more capable of handling this situation. And this wouldn’t happen I know how to handle every situation no matter what it is.
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others? {14} - If they were being disrespectful and not following the rules, I would give them a verbal warning a short timeout being 30 seconds to 5 minutes. If they continue with their action it would be a confidential warning with a clear timeout ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hours resulting in a 30 day warning alerting other staff if they continue.
Do you have any disabilities? {15} - Absolutely not.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft? {16} - Yes, I like to play other assassination games in Roblox or GTA5 Roleplay and many other, I’m learning scripting and coding to enhance my gaming capabilities as I wanted to create a game.
How many staff applications have you made prior to this one? {17} - On this server I made 3 attempts so far, as this is my 3rd one buton full time record I made around 100 to 150 applications on 23/24.
Why should we accept your application over others? {18} - I am more knowledgeable and more concerned about moderation skills and communities as they can sometimes be one of a hell, I like to be more concerned than anyone as I am trying to be the most honest and active one whilst looking out for the community.
