Suggestion: Addition of #pvp-chat

Detailed description: I suggest that the server should have a separate pvp-chat, so people outside Minecraft can interract with the people in pvp lobby via the discord chat, This can be exactly same as how we have #minecraft-chat.

Reason(s): The pvp lobby is new for now, I do not have a specific reason, I would say convenience for the most of it.
