Suggestion: Combat mechanic rework

Detailed description: 1. Disable elytras during combat.
2. Change combat activation to only be when you hit someone only you are in combat and the other person isn't dealt damage and vice versa (for balance reasons make it so that the hit that puts you in combat doesn't deal damage that way there's no advantage for stalling fights and being second to hit)
3. Give the tped person invulnerability and inability to be placed in combat / place someone in combat for 15 seconds

Reason(s): The current combat mechanic taking place is unfair for both the chill builder type and the pvpers where people who want to fight simply elytra away and escape effortlessly and peaceful players are dragged into fights also tp trapping isnt allowed in the rules but most of the time you either forgot to record or accepted a tp by accident resulting into your death without evidence thus losing u ur right to appealing.

Example(s): 1. You're in a 1v1 in end and you're winning only to be disappointed by the other person running
