Suggestion: Add proximity/voice chat to the server

Detailed description: Personally I would love to talk to players in Minecraft, sure you can join a discord call but i think this makes it more fun, of course for people who dont want this there is a simple solution, for voice chat to work you must have the mod downloaded, if someone wants to use it they will download the mod, if someone doesn't wanna use it they won't download the mod

Reason(s): Not only me but I think most people would enjoy this plugin, as most YouTubers servers have it and I see them having a blast using it, I always thought it would be cool so I suggest you add it to the server.
