Important Staff Application Information [Read Before Applying]

• You must be 14 years old or older​

Maturity and professionalism are important qualities we look for in our staff. Players under 14 years of age are generally not yet capable to handle the responsibilities and challenges of moderation.

• You must have a working microphone

As a staff member, you must have a working microphone and access to Discord. Staff meetings and team discussions happen on Discord, and clear communication is important for our coordination. You are required to have a generally clean message history on our discord too in order for a higher chance of acceptance.

• You must be active on all platforms of the network

Staff should regularly engage with players on the Minecraft server, Discord, and preferably forums. An active presence helps build trust with the community and ensures you're knowledgeable enough and available to assist players when needed.

• Must have access to recording software

Every punishment issued by staff must be backed with evidence. You need to have a screen recording tool to capture and store proof of rule violations. Without the ability to take screenshots or record evidence your application stands a very difficult chance of being accepted.

• You must not be staff on any other server

You cannot be staff on any other Minecraft server while being part of our team. We expect full commitment, and splitting your time between multiple servers affects your ability to perform effectively.


Applying for a staff position means proving that you are a capable, responsible, and mature candidate. Here are some important tips to increase your chances of success. For a full guide to assist you in creating your staff application click here.

• How am I demonstrating that I truly possess this skill? Simply stating that you have a quality isn't enough - you need to provide detailed explanations and context.​
• Have I provided a real-life example or situation that supports my claim?​
• Did I explain my actions and how I grew or improved in the roles or experiences I mentioned?​
• Why is this particular experience important to highlight? What lessons did I take away from it?​
• How does it directly connect to the responsibilities of the staff position?​

Apart from that, we highly recommend:

• Be honest. Being honest in your application is one of the best ways to go about it, it gives us a good look and impression on you. Lying in your application will result in it getting instantly denied and can possibly affect applications made by you in the future.​
• Create a formative and lengthy application. What we mean by this, is make your application long and descriptive with paragraphs and such. This gives us a good impression on your maturity and professionalism. Don't make your application with fonts and color as this makes your application look unprofessional in the eye of a staff manager. Good punctuation and grammar also goes a long way.​
• Have a clean history. Having a clean history on the server shows us that you don't break the server rules and follow them like it suggests. Having a history of many offences and punishments will reduce your chances in being accepted and brought into the staff team. With this being said, it does not mean your application will get certainty accepted or denied, this just affects the chances of it.​
• You must meet all requirements stated in this thread before applying, if you do not meet the requirements in order to become a staff member, your application will get instantly denied.​
• Be a assisting member in the community. Show us that you want to help out the community by helping people who are in need for assistance.​
• Be confident and show us in detail on why you should be accepted over others. Show us what sets you unique and apart from the other applicants.​

All of the requirements MUST be met to be even considered to become apart of the Cyto Network staff team. If you do not meet these specific requirements, your application will instantly be denied. Asking for other staff members or administration to view your application will get it instantly denied. All applications will be reviewed and processed by the server administration. Copying an application from websites/players will result in it getting instantly denied and affect your chances when re-applying in the future. You are able to submit an application two weeks after your application has been denied.
