Suggestion: Make killing villagers unpunishable.

Detailed description: If someone comes across someone elses base that they arent allies with let killing their villagers be allowed.

Reason(s): Ive had my villagers killed two times by people who dont know me let alone have anything against me and its gone unpunished yet my teammate kills villagers of an enemy base and gets banned no questions asked.

Example(s): Make it unpunishable. Players shouldn’t be treated differently based off staf response times and certain circumstances to villagers being killed.
